Refund & Canellation Policy

Welcome to The Unconventional Counselor (hereinafter referred to as the “Website,” “Site,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). Thank you for choosing The Unconventional Counselor to show you how to heal yourself. We value and trust in our [therapeutic services and products] to help you live your best life.

A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS LONG AS SERVICES HAVE NOT STARTED. HOWEVER, THIS REFUND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DAY OF PURCHASE. THIS MEANS, YOU WILL HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND AS LONG AS SERVICES HAVEN NOT BEEN STARTED.

Due to the nature of our [SERVICES or PRODUCTS], there are a few items that are not eligible for a refund.

• Once services have started you will not receive a refund for any reason. However, you can reschedule your appointment for a later date if needed within reasonable time. Please contact The Unconventional Counselor at email: Connect@TheUnconventionalCounselor.com before the 15 days are up to receive a full refund as long as the services you paid for have not started or would like to reschedule your services for a later date.

Before we offer any services, we will disclose and share with you our refund policy that you will need to sign to acknowledge our “no refund/refund” policy.

Please understand that healing yourself is your responsibility and the amount of time it takes to heal is dependent on you. Our recommendation to get the best results is this. Once you have seen a therapist and received a diagnosis and have verbally worked through your trauma you will be ready to heal traumas of the mind. If you have NOT worked with a therapist and are comfortable working with a nationally and state certified peer support specialist who is a lived experience mental health and drug addiction recovery coach and would like to use these services as a form of therapy, we at The Unconventional Counselor do offer these services. This service is for clients who would want to work with us for a longer duration.

For best results with our 4-8 session packages, we recommend having your time available, ready to heal in a short amount of time.

What’s included in the 4-8 sessions: Havening, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy

• 4 sessions: We recommend giving us that week for our sessions to be utilized the week we start.
• 8 sessions: We recommend giving us that week for the first 4 session, the other 4 session can be spread out if needed.

• Clients who desire therapy and trauma healing. This is for clients who have not seen a therapist and would like to use The Unconventional Counselor for therapy/coaching we will create specific packages for you. What’s included: Therapy/Coaching first; havening, hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming.

 Example of what would work best, for greatest results if not requiring therapy from The Unconventional Counselor LLC.

EXAMPLE: You connect with La Fenix; she recommends 4-8 sessions. This includes havening, hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming. For the first 4 session these should be done within that week to get rapid healing and transformation. The next 4 sessions could be more spread out if needed. It is our greatest desire for you to heal and the quicker we get to the root cause and teach you these techniques the greater the results!

Please understand that when clients are simply not ready but still move ahead to purchase our services and are not willing to do the work, then please understand that we are not responsible for your mental and physical wellbeing, and you will not get the healing we desire for you.
